I find this drawing as one of your very best along with Bilbo. I love the colours you used, thumbs up for his tie. I think you've got a large potential but you need to observe a little bit more your object. What you lack in most of your drawings is not enough contrast and highlight which gives a very realistic look. Pay good attention to the darkest places and try to put them on your paper. When drawing eyes, try to realise their true position, imagine a line between them, assuming the distance between nose and eyes and their position from various looks. If you can, avoid drawing straight lines as in reality there are almost none. Learn how to make smooth transition in shading. If you want to create a bright highlight you can use white coal, works for me very good.
